Booking and Cancellation Policy

All guest are required to share valid ID Proofs attached to the Arrival and Departure form on confirmation of booking and before arrival.
Foreign nationals must share their passport and valid visa.

All requests for cancellation have to be received at the resort.

To confirm the bookings, payment has to be made in full.

No refund on all holidays and long weekends.

No refund for cancellation 1 week prior to check in date

50% of tariff 2 weeks prior to check in date.

10% of tariff prior to 2 weeks from check in date.

All refunds will be reimbursed only by Bank Transfer.

There will be no adjustment any part cancellation of rooms and persons towards food/beverage/service or if there are meals missed due to delayed check in or early check out.

Postponement / Preponement Policy

Postponement / Preponement is free if requested 15 Days before check in date. (Once postponed / preponed there will be no further change or cancellation)

20% of the booking amount, if requested between 7 and 14 Days before check in  date.

50% of the booking amount, if requested within 24 hrs to 7 Days before check in  date.

No modification, if requested within 24 hrs to check in.
